Eligibility Information
Students must already have a current physical that will last through the end of the school year and a Final Forms Account with all forms completed, in order to participate in workouts and tryouts.
Final Forms instructions and a copy of the Physical form are attached to this email.
Eligibility is based on grades and attendance from the first semester.
Must have at least a 70 average overall, have taken and passed at least 70% of the course load (pass at least 3/3, 3/4, 4/5), and have no more than 13 unexcused daily absences.
