This will be the 4th year we have packed bags with non-perishable items for students to take home during Spring Break. Attached is the Benefit Flyer and the Vendors that will be coming to our event. The event will be at Fort Bragg Harley Davidson on March 30th starts at 10 and ends at 3. There will be free food, a band, vendors, bouncy house and selling raffle tickets for $1.00. There will also be a benefit ride for all who rides motorcycles. All money raised will go toward these bags for the students. We hope to see you on Saturday the 30th. Benefit Flyer Vendor List

March 25-29, 2019 FUTURES WEEK is a time to explore life after high school. Not sure if college is right for you? Does "ADULTING" scare you? This week is for you! Get signed up for a workshop or two and make sure to check out the Career Fair. Seniors who attend UNDECIDED NIGHT will get an additional graduation ticket.How do I sign-up for the Workshops? General Information:

  • Global Choice acceptance letters will be mailed out April 1st per the county time table.
  • FUTURES Week is coming! Need help writing a resume, want to know how to change a tire, or are you wondering how to safely interact with the police? Sign-up for an Adulting Workshop. Counselors will be available in the cafeteria during all lunches to help you sign up for the workshop for you!
  • We will be holding a Multicultural Program here on April 18, and are looking for students that want to highlight their Nationality and culture.  Please see Mr. Godbolt if you are interested in participating.
  • Driver’s Ed rosters are now available for the spring 2 class. They are posted outside of Rooms 215 and 55, as well on the front doors of the school. Class begins next Tuesday, March 26th at 3:50. Please come with a money order, certified check, or cash. NO personal checks will be accepted!
  • There are still a few more spots open for participants for the Bulldog Voice spoken word event. Please visit room 202 for more information on how you can sign up.
  • If anyone has a question about AP testing, the schedule or late testing, please see Ms. Brady ASAP.

Summer Internship program for students. The internship program runs June 3–July 12, 2019, and is open to Cumberland County residents ages 16-24. Students will work 32 hours per week for six weeks at a rate of $8.00 per hour.

There are mandatory events participants must attend to include a preparatory workshop to build soft skills and prepare for interviews with the business partners providing the internships. Internships are not guaranteed. Students must compete!
